We want you to love your items, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!

You may request a return/ exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed

• In its original packaging with tags still attached

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

You will be provided a refund in store credit only if your refund is approved. Shipping charges will be deducted and/ or invoiced for exchanges.

📦 Please note:

• All preorders, accessories, skincare, made to order graphics, swimwear, personal fitted apparel and makeup items are final sale and not eligible for return due being custom ordered + hygiene reasons.

• Items also marked as “Final Sale” in the description cannot be returned or exchanged.

To request a return, please email us at taylordboutiquecs@gmail.com with your order number and item(s) you’d like to return. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and a return address. Return labels may be the buyer’s responsibility depending on the situation.
