PROCESSING TIME

• Ready to Ship (RTS) items ship out within 3–5 or 8–10 business days for graphics (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• Preorders have a later arrival date, & will ship once they arrive — estimated ship dates are listed in the product descriptions, in which you agreed to T&C’s before checking out.

• If your order contains both RTS and preorder items, they may ship separately.

SHIPPING METHODS

• We use USPS and UPS/ FedEx depending on your location and package weight.

• Most packages include tracking and ship via Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.

LOCAL PICKUP

• If you’re local to us, “Local Pickup” at checkout is in place for your convenience!

DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES

Once your order ships, typical delivery time is 2–7 business days depending on your location. Please note that USPS delays may occur around holidays or weather events.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight + destination.

Free shipping offers (if applicable) will automatically apply when thresholds are met.

Additional Shipping & Split Shipping Policy

Some orders may require an additional shipping invoice. If this applies, an invoice will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Shipping invoices must be paid within 48 hours. Orders will not ship until the invoice is paid.

If you would like your in-stock items shipped separately from preorder items, you must request split shipping at checkout by leaving a note with your order. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Orders with unpaid shipping invoices may be held temporarily; however, if payment is not received after multiple contact attempts, the order will be canceled, items restocked, and no refund will be issued.

• We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit, but we’ll always do our best to assist you in tracking it down.

• Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order — we’re not able to change it once the order has shipped.
